There is no single person that displays the passion for understanding the body like Chris does. He is dedicated to training and research to deliver the very best treatments for joint and muscle pain. Chris started this journey after completing his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in Sydney Australia. Chris went on to complete his strength and conditioning accreditation (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in the USA. Chris has played state tennis and soccer, competitive surfing and skateboarding and now currently competes in Ironman events across the year. Chris recently completed the 2014 Ironman Australia triathlon in Port Macquarie in 10h20min and is now in training for the 2015 Fitz Challenge in Canberra and the 2016 Ironman triathlon in Cairns.

Chris’s core clinical goal is simple: Help people back to pain free function as quickly as possible using the best evidence and researched techniques. Chris has special interest in injuries such as shoulder impingement syndrome, rotator cuff tear, running injuries and acute and chronic neck pain.

Toby Kai Hudson B.ScExSp, M.Chiro, AEP

Toby’s passion for fixing joint and muscle pain started when he completed his Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science at the University of Sydney and his Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. Toby went on to become an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP) through the Exercise and Sports Science Association in Australia. When Toby isn’t treating in the clinic he is passionate about exercise and travel. Toby has completed over 10 Ironman triathlons and 12 individual marathons and his sense of adventure has taken him across the world to climb Mt Kilimanjaro, Mt Fuji and to trek the Kokoda Track. Toby recently completed the Fitz Challenge Extreme 253km ride through Canberra, placing 12th in a time of 10h08min. He also completed the 2014 Ironman Australia triathlon in Port Macquarie in 10h06min. Toby is now in training for the 2015 Fitz Challenge and the 2016 Ironman triathlon in Cairns.

Toby has an avid clinical focus in treating running knee pain, patellofemoral pain syndrome, as well as experimenting and studying low back strengthening exercises and their effect on low back pain.

This course promotes the highest standards of excellence and clinical competence for chiropractors specialising in sports medicine and physical fitness. This course focuses on a rehabilitation and management model for all the commonly injured tendons in the lower limb, including Achilles, gluteal, hamstring, patellar, and plantar fascia. Delivered by a number of leading physiotherapy PhD and tendinopathy clinician-scientists.

The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy- Part A and B
The McKenzie method (also MDT = Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy) is a comprehensive method of care primarily used in physical therapy.

Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome Rehabilitation Course hosted by an international expert
This course involves complex clinical reasoning required to provide an optimal management plan for the varying patellofemoral pain presentations clinicians see every day. The course is taught by an international expert in patellofemoral pain management with more than 30 peer reviewed publications in the medical literature, including many related to the biomechanics associated with and the management of patellofemoral pain.
